ND APCO Chapter is offering scholarships to assist agencies and individuals with available funding to attend a National APCO Conference or Dakota 911 Conference. 

ONE SCHOLARSHIP WLL BE AWARDED FOR EACH OF THE FOLLOWING CONFERENCES: 

National APCO Conference - August 2nd - 5th, 2026 in San Antonio, Tx

Dakotas 911 Conference - Held in South Dakota - Date and location TBD

APPLICATION DEADLINE: MARCH 12th, 2026 1700hours

WHAT IS COVERED:

National Conference: up to $500 for Registration and Up to $1500 for travel and lodging

Dakotas 911 Conference: Up to $500 for Registration, lodging, and travel

*Spouse and/or guests are not covered. Alcohol/alcoholic beverages are not covered*

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS:

- Completed Application

- Letter of Recommendation from current employer

- Must be employed at a North Dakota PSAP

- Have at least one year of experience at current employer

- Be in good standing with current employer

- Must be an APCO member

Supervisory and/or managerial personnel are eligible for the North Dakota APCO Scholarship

Within 30 days of conference Attendance, the following MUST be submitted to the ND APCO Board: 

- All receipts for which you are seeking reimbursement

- Proof of attendance (this can be a certificate from classes attended, photos attached, etc.)
